At My Lash Studio, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, opened or used lash, brow and lift products (including adhesives, solutions and kits) can’t be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return: Email info@mylashstudio.com or call (954) 399-7787 with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Services: In-studio lash and brow services are not covered by this policy. Please contact the studio directly with any concerns.
